The Rocky Mountain scenery is truly spectacular and the ideal way to experience it is with An Open Range Experience on horseback. Ride trails bordered with wildflowers through forests of aspen and pine, cross running creeks and see the wildlife of the Rockies. You can learn to rope, ride, fish and many other things. We are happy to say that we have been working with Campfire U.S.A. and thier kids over the last couple of weeks and have been having an amazing time with them. We will take you there with a smile! We believe the spirit of the old west is still alive and we want to keep it that way. We are located just south of Denver and also in Canon City, Colorado. Come join us for a taste of the western lifestyle in the beautiful Rocky Mountains!  The smell of leather, sagebrush and wood smoke . . . a new mountain panorama around every bend in the trail. If you are a more experienced rider and looking for some new places to go and some new friends, we can help you out too. We can take you on some of the more technical trails that Colorado has to offer. If you would like to bring your own horse, please contact us. We would love to be your guide. We have something to offer everyone.  Nathan is also an excellent western photographer who loves to capture the people enjoying the beauty of the rockies. He can provide you with any photos of your experience upon request. Professional one on one training! If you like the the real old west way of doing things, then you will love branding cattle! You can do all the different jobs in branding; hold the iron, head mugger, tail mugger, roper........  Camp details.... The camp that we offer will teach a variety of things from how to saddle and ride your own horse, push cattle, brand cattle, trick rope, individual leadership, team building skills and how to pack your own saddle for an overnight experience. When you embark on the overnight camps with us you will learn the real old fashioned western lifestyle, you will sleep under the stars and hear the wind blowing through the pine trees. This experience will take you back to the real old west. If you want to get away from the cell phones and TVs and the roar of the city this is where you want to be. The camp we offer is for ages 15 and older. Younger children can also come out and join the fun but they must be accompanied by an adult. | If you haven't done much riding that's ok too. We can have you out to the corral in Elizabeth or Canon City. We give lessons on request to get you ready to ride the Colorado Rockies.
